Makoto Rwar's Terms of ServiceLast updated: 25/03/24 Please read and understand my terms carefully before requesting a commission. All payment conditions are based on USD.By ordering from Makoto Rwar, you agree to the following:Refunds and Cancellations Refunds are possible until the start of the order. If I cannot complete the order within the specified timeframe without informing the client, I offer a full refund (50% at a time). Once the order is completed and delivered, I cannot refund the client if they are unsatisfied with the work. However, I offer 2 revisions free of charge (additional revisions are charged at $5 each). Clients may cancel the order at any time before payment is made, but they must contact me to inform me of the cancellation so that I can remove them from my waiting list.Payment and Transaction Payment plans are available for any artwork order costing $200 or more. There are two payment options: Paying half of the amount twice (50% twice) for orders of $200 or more, and paying 100% of the amount for orders under $200. Currently, these are the only payment plan options available. None of them apply to paid revisions or edits, regardless of the revision's cost.Payment is only available through PayPal (billing). Payment will commence once we confirm the order details. The client must make the first payment within 48 hours after I accept their order and send them a message confirming my acceptance. If the client does not respond within 24 hours of my confirmation message, they will be automatically placed on my waiting list until my next opening (they will be given priority at that time unless they cancel before then).Revisions and Visual Edits At any time during the ordering process or after the order is initially sent as complete, the client is entitled to 2 free revisions. During the initial sketch or rough composition phase, clients can request changes that are not counted as revisions. Revisions after the first two have an additional cost, depending on the complexity and time required for the revision. The client must pay for these revisions in full before I start reviewing the order, regardless of their cost. Editing my art, with or without informing me, is never allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: asking another artist to edit or redraw parts of the order, the client altering the order in any way that has not already been discussed, or removing parts and/or layers of the order that are not explicitly intended to be removed.Resale and Credit Attribution Reselling my work is only possible with explicit authorization. The client must contact me privately about reselling any drawings, designs, or artwork they have commissioned. This applies to both personal and commercial orders.Order Refusal I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason. If an order is refused solely due to unavailability, the client will be automatically placed on my waiting list for the next batch, unless they cancel. If a commission is refused due to my inability to illustrate or manipulate it, I cannot put the client on my waiting list for that specific commission.Deadlines Approximate deadlines vary depending on the type and complexity of the order. Deadlines are not established until a full summary of the order content has been discussed. Generally, normal illustrations take between 3 to 8 weeks at most, from sketch to completion. A more exact deadline will be established after confirmation of the client's order details. The wait time may be over 2 months, depending on the specifics of the order as well as my schedule at the time of acceptance.Updates I do not have a specific update schedule, as the frequency of updates is determined by significant progress made on each order. I will provide updates to clients as progress is made or whenever requested. Please do not pressure me to send updates more quickly than I am prepared to, as there are times when I am scheduled to work more on certain commissions than others. You will be informed of your specific order schedule, as well as updates to your space on my Trello board, as the order progresses. Typically, updates are sent during the sketch, lineart, and flat color stages, as well as after any significant progress.Privacy During the billing and PayPal transaction process, no personal identification details (such as the legal name of either party) will be discussed with or by either party. The invoice, data provided in PayPal, and email addresses of both parties will not be disclosed.
Prices (in USD) The prices listed are base prices and may not reflect the final cost for each commission, due to currency fluctuations.Commercial Use The basic commercial fee of 50% of the total commission value (allows the use of the artwork for streaming, promotion, etc.) is already included for emote and character creation services. The extended commercial fee ($150) is required for use in merchandise and branding.

Includes - Included in these services are free revisions during the sketching process. Once I begin the line work, the client is entitled to two free revisions. After that, a fee of $5 or more, depending on the revision, will be charged. - After the client's third purchase, they will receive a 25% discount on their next purchase.Delivery Method For all the above services, there will be a method of delivering the artwork: - Versions of the order will be sent in PNG and transparent PNG format. If the order includes a background, the option without a background will also be provided. (For orders for animation or Ring, the client must inform me in advance). - I will compile all the files using Google Drive and send the link to the client via email, along with a personalized thank-you note for the purchase. (I prefer to receive deliveries via email, ensuring confirmation that everything was sent correctly, even after a long period).To complete your purchase, please send me a direct message.
